I woke up Monday morning with a not too familiar symptom, pain shooting down my leg until it reached my numb toes; SCIATICA, oh no. I crawled across the floor (really makes one humble) and put on "My dedicated time to relax". I was able to raise my body off the floor after about 15 minutes of deep breathing and focus. This is not the first time I have used meditation to help release emotion, physical pain, and stress. It works.
