Moving toward wellness

Hello Everyone,

I have never written a blog before and look forward to this experience. I can say this course is one of the most intense I have taken here at Kaplan. As I write this I am listening to the Journey On relaxation exercise for the fourth time. The first time listening I slid into a deep meditative state and fell asleep.

As I focus on breathing my body goes into a respiratory wave, which helps align my spine without any physical manipulation. This guided meditation is what I have been exposed to for over 20 years and enjoy using this as part of "my time".

I look forward to reading others blog and learning as much as possible. It is not easy to manage everything, but I am on my way toward wholeness and wellness. Thanks for reading.

  1. Ralph, I have to admit that I laughed out loud, literally, that you fell asleep listening to it the first time! I have gotten so close to falling asleep doing these types of relaxation techniques because they are that relaxing. I too have never written a blog before this class so I’m excited and nervous to get a hang of this blogging experience. Good luck with the rest of your blogs, I look forward to reading them.
